Termite Inspection

WDO/WDI (termite) inspections refer to Wood-Destroying Organisms/Wood-Destroying Insects inspections. These inspections can be added to a home inspection as an additional service provided by a licensed home inspector.  They are used to identify the presence of insects or other pests that can damage wood structures, such as termites, carpenter ants, and powder post beetles.

WDO/WDI inspections are commonly required by lenders and home buyers during the process of purchasing a home, as they provide valuable information about the condition of the home’s structural components.
