Dave arrived approximately 15 minutes early to the appointment, upon my arrival he greeted me and began explaining how the inspection will work and what I should expect afterwards. He was extremely thorough with every single piece he inspected. Every outlet and switch was checked for functionality, everything sink, toilet, shower was tested. The professionalism of Dave was phenomenal, even with me following him around we joked and made the whole process painless. Afterwards I received an email containing everything that was found and what needs to be repaired. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for an excellent experience.
